I want to thank you for the great trip you put together for us in Ukraine May 4th to May 16th. We had a fabulous time. All your drivers and guides were excellent. Victor did a great job getting us from Kyiv to Odesa and from Odesa to Yalta, and pointed out interesting sights along the way. And Eugene is a real treasure. Probably the best guide we have ever had.

The Rus Hotel in Kyiv was very nice. The location might be a little out of the way for some, but we did not mind the walk to the main restaurant area. The Hotel Chernoye was okay, but a little shabby. Some people might prefer something a little bit nicer and maybe a more central location. And the
Bristol Hotel was very nice. And the Boryspol Airport hotel was just fine, and great service.

We were very impressed with Ukraine. Kyiv is a great city. And Odessa was so much more than we ever expected. And we had no idea how beautiful the Crimea is.

And the food was fantastic everywhere.

Great country, great guides and drivers combined with your excellent service in arranging the details, made this a fantastic trip. I highly recommend your company for anyone who wants to go to Ukraine.

Just to say thank you very much for organising the hotel in Ivano Frankivsk. My stay there was a very good one. The area around the city is wonderful as is the city itself. I was reluctant to leave the area to go back to Kiev.

Everyone was helpful at the Ascroput, if you get a chance please thank everyone at the hotel for me.

I am now back home in Sweden, since 4 days, after a really great week in Odessa. I must have walked between 100-200 km in that city and worn out 2 pair of shoes during that time. And it was with mixed feelings I entered the airflight back home.

I also like to thank You again, Irina, for the great apartment and service You and your office provide, and You can be sure that I have promoted Odessa and your office a lot, among my friends, since I came home - the pictures I took of the city has really impressed them :-)

Odessa might be a worn down city (on its way up), and I understand if many people have a hard time dealing with all the chances in the society, but Odessa really did put its mark on me.

I wanted to write you personally and thank-you for all you did for me regarding my trip to Odessa. The airport pickup was very accomodating and your people were right there to meet me as I arrived in Odessa. When you are far away from home as I was you sometimes are scared to travel but Unipress made everything quite easy for me and made me feel like I was home !!

I hope to travel again to your country and if I do I will be sure to get in contact with you again for my travel arrangements.

We are back in New Zealand after several weeks away, and wanted to thank you for your assistance and advice during the planning for our trip to Ukraine, and particularly your prompt action when we had to change our arrival dates at the last moment. We were so pleased that we were still able to spend the time we had planned in Odessa and Kiev, and at least we managed to see Lviv as we had hoped, even if not for quite as long as we had planned. So thank you - we were grateful for your help.

All the arrangements you made for us went very smoothly, and we especially enjoyed the train travel. We had a great time, and enjoyed the country and the people. It was good to meet you, Irina, especially after you sorted our changed schedule out for us, and we are sorry to have missed "the other Irina" who had done all the initial planning with us.

Ukraine is wonderful and we were sorry to leave. Once again, thank you both so much for your planning, concern and prompt emails leading up to our trip, and your first-rate help when we needed it. Your organisation was of the highest quality and we will be recommending your firm to our local agent and friends.

We can honestly say we both had an absolutely fabulous time in the Ukraine - so many wonderful sights, so many interesting people, so many wonderful memories; a country with so much history. Oh, how we wish we were both still there - even with the snow and minus 10°C!

We owe a very big thank you to all of you at Unipress for making our travels in the Ukraine so special for us. All the arrangements, everything, went absolutely according to plan and we would thoroughly recommend your Company's services to anyone who is even remotely thinking of visiting the Ukraine. Also, before we forget, please send a big thank you to all of the driver / guides who looked after us both so well on our travels:- Alex in Kiev, Denis in L'viv, Victor in Odessa and Eugene in Yalta. Professionals everyone of them!

The hotels we stayed at were all excellent. The Kozatsky in Kiev (right on Independence Square on the day of Yushenko's inauguration), the George in L'viv (largest hotel room we've ever stayed in), Frapolli in Odessa (the only hotel we've ever stayed in that had a computer in the room) and the Bristol in Yalta (another beautiful, huge room). We ate in all four hotel restaurants and in each of them the food (and drink!) was simply to die for! We were just spoilt rotten! The internal flight we took and the overnight trains we used were also huge fun - and also a great way of seeing a lot of the country in such a relatively short space of time.

So that's it. Once again, many, many thanks to all at Unipress. We look forward to coming back to see again one day!
